      Pros

      Excellent travel opportunities and incentives. Annual consession towards family holidays which increases the longer you have been with company. plenty of opportunity to progress if you want to and work hard.

      Cons

      Required to work weekends including Sunday's. Pay reviews dependent on achievement of key product indicators for that year. You need to have delivered above expectation to get a pay review.
