      Pros

      Great culture, working for a customer orientated travel company makes for a highly enjoyable environment, with many others who share the same interests and passions

      Cons

      Salary is sometimes lower than industry rate, especially in digital roles. This reflects the lower margin economics of the travel industry. However, there are plenty of travel perks as part of your package which go a long way to mitigate this.

      Lots of opportunity to work in different destinations and always room for advancement within.

      Cons

      Policies are very structured and destinations shouldn't be compared across the globe.

      Not bad, but stale in retail.

      Pros

      Good percs. Lovely colleagues. Clear expectations. Flexible around my university studies. Educationals (free holidays!). Easy commission to be made.

      Cons

      Company are a bit stale at retail level. No real innovation or desire to implement change. Rhetoric of being customer focused but will gladly ignore customer complaints and make it extremely long-winded and complex for customers to complain - the cynic among us may suggest this is to deter complaints. Extremely target driven leading to Regional sales Managers talking to store managers like dirt - in front of colleagues. The company is rife with backstabbing for bookings too (our store is an exception!).
