      You are treated as just a number by this company. There is a lot of blatant favouritism where there is one rule for one and another rule for somebody else. When you are unwell/need medical treatment they don't not look after you properly or want to provide you with anytime off. If you want to feel valued as an employee I would not recommend this company for you. They are very badly organised and often forget to pick you up for work and you are at fault for there mistake.

      Good commission in peak seasons, opportunities for educationals, good travel discounts if you can get the time off

      Cons

      Rarely get Saturdays off, Sunday working in peak seasons, management good but lack people skills, gets repetitive selling same destinations
