      Pros

      Depends on which country/region/resort you are placed, but treatment of staff was very good in comparison to other companies I have worked for and management genuinely cared about your development/well-being. Also a lot of perks to the job e.g. experiences, travel!

      Cons

      Staff accommodation can be here or there.

      Salary is good here, an excellent work - money ratio as well as a good amount of days off between blocks

      Cons

      Long hours, unsociable hours delays, passengers that can be awkward, medical situations on board etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc
