      Pros

      Employees are really passionate about travel and have a good comradery with one another. When sales goals are met, the company rewards employees with small things that go a long way.

      Cons

      Executive management have no idea what direction they want to go in. They are very clickish and have to make decisions all together, all the time. Very poor leadership from the top down. Backstabbing is a common practice.

      Tui travel biggest company for travel in world. İ want to work biggest company but i not find i hope

      Cons

      Everthing is good i dont want change anything. Only salary alittle low then other companies maybe salary increase job is verry relax
