      No process, weak management but great employees

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to get experience, always busy, work with great people, investment in IT, holiday concessions and no commute to London.

      Cons

      Post merger uncertainty, new management structure in IT, not particularly family friendly, starting to update laptops/blackberrys, difficult processes in IT

      Pros

      Great team atmosphere- everyone busy and focused, but still making time to help each other out. Good travel concessions.

      Cons

      I found it difficult to get one to ones/ feedback etc, with meetings often being cancelled due to operational pressures.
