      Pros

      - Positive culture, very inclusive workplace - lots of diversity in colleagues - OK for gaining basic experience but no long term investment in people since pandemic - depending on manager, can have great flexibility and support

      Cons

      - very poor salary and reward compared to competitors and rest of the market, excepted for older legacy contracts and senior leaders. - reward & value is linked only to hierarchy, not skills or expertise - too much importance placed on processes hinders decision making
