      Great place to learn professional Know-how and live abroad. Compensation package is good if you are just a graduated.

      Cons

      Low level of excellence within the whole range of brands.

      Pros

      Friendly staff, interesting job meeting many new people every day. Head staff is always willing to help you out and you never need to be afraid to ask for anything. Very flexible in work hours

      Cons

      Mostly part time staff, you can't make a living only doing this job, ships do not come in every day. Sometimes travel is a hassle to get there.

      Spacious and modern working environment.

      Cons

      A bemoth of a company too big to run efficiently. Waste is rife and governance and controls severly lacking for a FTSE100. Change takes forever and in many areas there is no apetite for it.
