Pros

Opportunity for world travel with access to a variety of roles at mid management level. Friendly work environment and hard working overseas staff.

Cons

Long hours with very little chance of upper management promotion. UK departments and UK office procedures not as innovative or hard working as overseas staff.

Pros

Opportunities to work overseas and meet like minded colleagues and be part of a large organisation.

Cons

Promotions overseas which are not advertised and "kept under wraps" are given to "friends", favouritism within the group, lack of information from management towards members of staff, general lack of "duty of care" towards staff wellbeing.
