Too many colleagues who have no real experience and do nothing at all and are high paid while new employees who do almlst all the work are ver bad paid. It is normal to get a burnout here, very bad benefits and the management here is a absolutely a catastrophe... No team work and no clear company culture. You will get too many promises to stay but at the end nothing will happen.
