      Pros

      No matter your position within Tableau, you have ownership of the mission, customer experience, and success of the company. You work with people who have your back. The product is revolutionary in its space, and if you see the value of data, you have the chance to be a part of something that can truly make an impact. The executive leadership is fantastic.

      Cons

      Tableau is a fast moving company that is still working to define ways of working. For people who are motivated and flexible this is a great environment, but if you need proscribed ways of working this may not be the best place for you.

      Tableau Software is a great company to work for. They go all out to ensure that their employees are happy and are always looking to promote from within. Great benefits and a fully-stocked kitchen.

      Cons

      Honestly having a hard time thinking of any. Besides parking in Fremont.

      Any experienced sales rep knows that you are only as successful as your product adds value for customers, and Tableau hits it out of the park.

      Cons

      Territory and delivery alignment is a challenge for any growing company and Tableau is no exception.
