      + Good options for moving inside Salesforce.

      Cons

      - There are no options to career progression - The office is in slow process to be shifted to India, so the jobs with it - Lack of strategy and future plans from Senior Management - Lack of communication in general

      Great back office people and solution engineers but...

      Cons

      Salesforce are sadly destroying Tableau. Just left after 18 months there and a once brilliant product is getting lost in the Salesforce bubble... Join if you want but be careful it wasn;'t what it was 3 years ago,.... Lots of long termers have left...
