Pros

It's a job and you are getting paid, not much else to be happy about. The most productive workers tend to get the most hours (as it should be). If you want to work more hours, be sure to get cross trained in every department, including the back for pulling.

Cons

Men are expected to work much harder to make up for lack of productivity from the young female work force. The older women typically work very hard, but the young girls do next to nothing in comparison. If you can get past that and just accept the inequality in expectations then its not a terrible place to work. Hours can be hard to come by when they over staff but if you work hard you will get the extra hours over the slackers.

Pros

Easy day to day tasks. Some stores were very supportive and involved int the team and community.

Cons

A lot of childish work politics, were really respectful of personal time or days with scheduling or in case of emergency situations
