Pros

Backroom is put away and pull, easy. Fun. Managers were kinda aholes but not the backroom managers but the guy who was over the whole thing and barely ever back there.

Cons

Lots of walking on your feet in and out of freezer people were jerks

Pros

Great people to work with, it feels like a team.

Cons

Sometimes they would hire bad leaders. This would lead to bad morale, and it felt like you were just trying to get there and get out as soon as you could. They have favoritism when it comes to hiring and promotions.
