      Target's management is willing to work around your class and extracurricular activity schedule. Short evening shifts allow for studying after.

      Cons

      While you can potentially pick your schedule every week, the pay is not great as a checker. Performance reviews happen seldom.

      Pros

      The best reason to work at Target is that you get an employee discount on things. It's not much but with high gas prices and inflation, i'll take it. Antother good thing is that they will hire almost anyone that has a brain, it's great if you are early in your career to gain experience to put on a resume.

      Cons

      Some of the downsides of working at Targer is there is not much opportunity for advancement. In addition, around Christmas and other holidays, your have long hours, Plus, standing on your feet all day takes its toll on your back, legs and feet.
