Pros

Target is a good, decent company, overall. They offer a great PTO package, insurance, dental, and in-store giveaways. It can be a fun place to work.

Cons

In 4 years, I have seen a moderate turnover rate in management, and a higher one in workers. There is a pronounced hierarchy that is obvious when you work in the store. Workers are at the lowest rung. And management enforces this uncomfortable feeling. They only speak to you when there's something they want you to do. There are advancement opportunities, but they are rare. It's a very clique-ish atmophere. So, If you are a genuine person, and want to advance, this might not be a good fit for you.

Pros

This job pays well enough for me to keep bills paid. Most of my co-workers are nice.

Cons

A few co-workers are not considerate of people with disabilities.
