Sometimes, groups hide behind generic email addresses for work intake. It would be much easier if you could just talk to someone to move your project forward.

Tough to find the right people to engage for collaboration. People move around a lot and relationships change so it is difficult to keep momentum on complex ideas from a stakeholder perspective. Example, staying in one position I had 8 bosses in less than 3 years - this revolving door was both voluntary and involuntary. Very few people considered their positions at Target to be careers, rather jobs. That made the environment difficult for those who need motivation and direction. I was fortunate to have the interest and autonomy to have a fulfilling experience at Target, but I know many who where very frustrated.
