Pros

Will always have something to do. Great coworkers. A different crew not company affiliated takes care of bathrooms.

Cons

Work load is heavy. Currently coded as part time but feels like full time to try and get all demands done. You will always feel like the company operates on a skeleton crew. When you volunteer to help out in a different area you will find yourself forever tagged with that task. Management does not understand how long certain tasks take and always seem to be in a constant state of complaining as to why the task still is not finished. Team members will be scheduled for 4 hours for a 6 hour workload. Management preaches safety but will continue to insist that you hurry up as you unload heavy furniture items out of a truck. Management never seems to plan ahead. You learn on the go by asking other coworkers. If you do not no one will train you.
