Pros

As someone who likes being kept busy during work hours, Target appealed to me. I enjoyed working with my fellow TMs and they made shifts bearable. Inbound in particular functions as a family, so you will eventually bond with your other Inbound TMs.

Cons

My TL in particular constantly micro-managed me to the point that it was unbearable. I understand most of the stress placed on them was due to corporate, but regardless, I felt that no matter how much I did or accomplish, it was never enough and there was always more to be done. Essentially, if a benchmark or goal was achieved, the new standard would become ever higher than the already high expectations.

Pros

Target is very lenient with their employees and does their part to make sure every employee is caught up and understanding. The team that I worked with was very welcoming and I looked forward to working to them daily. Fair pay for the amount of work that you are doing (depends on department).

Cons

The only thing that the company should work on is staying consistent with the schedule and the hours that are distributed.
