Pros

Pay is competitive and hours are good but requires some work at home to be successful

Cons

Unimaginable amount of tracking and reporting required much of which is not value added. Hard to develop your teams because most your time is spent trying to be compliant with all the arbitrary admin tasks you need to complete which increase and change on a daily basis. Hourly employees are mostly low quality

Pros

The pay is better then some companies in the area.

Cons

You get a lot of vacation time but are never able to use it. The work life balance has disappeared over the years and more and more hours are required of you. Our distribution Center is not diverse anymore and they continue to hire less diverse Managers with every new hire.
