Pros

The schedule is a positive as you are able to get consecutive days off and being as the role is shift work can easily disconnect to recharge the batteries.

Cons

Daily hours can be long, and more work is being added to the role. It's a middle Manager role so competing priorities from leadership are difficult to manage.

Pros

5% matching 401k, accrue 3 weeks vacation, and very set schedule.

Cons

Target works the "grey area" with their managers. Likes to dangle a lot of carrots, but don't necessarily always follow through.
