Pros

Target offers competitive pay, time off, benefits, flexibility, teamwork, and development opportunities. Distribution offers either 3 or 4 day work weeks - and you actually only work an average of 50 hours per week.

Cons

Target is often short staffed on operations managers making it difficult to actually use your benefit time. If it is important to have holidays off, retail distribution is probably not the best career for you.

Pros

Competitive Pay, great peers, positive recognition culture. Day goes by quickly, fast paced. Yearly performance based pay increases. Hard work rewarded.

Cons

Hours stink. Work life balance is difficult. Hot in the summer and cold in winter. Heavy workload. Small bonuses. Pyramid promotion potential.
