The company is very team oriented, and you get a great grasp of the companies expectations and goals are...referring to sales, comp % sales, and your top and bottom department performers

Cons

If you don't have any retail or management experience, it may be a tuff grasp for you.

the hours that they gave me were very decent as was the pay. better than what some of my friends were receiving elsewhere

this is hard to say. obviously i wasnt getting paid twenty dollars an hour but other than that things were very hectic around holidays

Good pay, good experience, chance to grow. Opportunities to move up are endless. Great leadership experience.

Cons

Hours are interesting. The first three weeks are laid out for you, not sure how the rest will pan out. Besides that, I have no other complaints.
