I work overnight at Target and handle logistics process. I am satisfied with my job, it pays well and pays for college.

Benefits are best in the industry. There are promotional opportunities if you are young and have no ties to anything. It can be about who likes you though.

Cons

They do not appreciate their managers. I was told I had to make choices between my work life and my family life. If I took vacation, I would have to "make it up" to other managers in the store. They basically penalized me for vacation time, which is my right and benefit. They also have issues with integrity.
