A "Fast, Fun, and Friendly" place to work!

Pros

We are a "Fast, Fun, and Friendly" team. Everyone is easy to talk to and friendly. The management is great and helpful. Target is also VERY good with working around schedules so it is a great place for students to earn a little income. If you are planning on moving up the ladder in promotions, the executive team leaders are supportive in making you succeed.

Cons

The work/pay ratio is kinda low. Annual reviews only provide .10 to .50 cent increases.

Pros

Relatively easy to move up in the company. Management is pretty understanding and willing to help you. The company culture values having fun.

Cons

High workload. I often have to take on more work than I can handle at one time. This diminishes the quality of work. Expected to put in over 40 hours often.

Pros

The only reasons to work there are the flexibility and the awesome fellow team members. Human Resources is always helpful when it comes to taking time off, or changing your schedule. The other team members are always super friendly and helpful. The ETL's are never very helpful at all and they never really do anything.

Cons

The upper management is just awful.
