Friendships formed, but management issues and theft persist

I made long term friends working there and I able to pick up shifts from co workers

Cons

They expected one person to run the whole front end while all the team leads would take long lunch breaks and have an attitude when they had to do their job. Very passive aggressive management. People always stole from the store I worked at.

Flexible Scheduling, they will make sure you take your breaks

Cons

annoying customers and like many places managment makes or breaks it. Always more things to clean, and working fitting rooms alone at a large location is hell on earth. Experience deends largely on how busy your location is.
