Pros

Target is a classy department store to work at. Some days it's hard to work and not window shop :). Other than that the experience you get as a guest shopping there you get the same experience when you are working behind the scenes. ( I think it's still the same even with seasonal work)

Cons

It's part-time/ full-time availability seems to not get a guarantee fixed set hours. (I think many retail companies have this same component.) Only thing that bums me out is that the additional pay increase from $13 to $15 hasn't reached team member workers yet(announced in 2019, now its 2020) hopefully they will make it work.
