Pros

Decent benefits, good people to work around.

Cons

Upper management makes very confusing decisions about daily tasks and restricts the size of the team on the floor making a decently easy job much harder.

Pros

I work as a Guest services rep but for reason Glassdoor insist it isn’t a job title in their system even though it is. Good gig as you search for another job, just a typical retail job. The pay ($15.50) is great for a big retail company (probably because of nyc minimum wage). The customers aren’t that bad either and it’s nice to talk to them when there isn't a rush. Training is great too.

Cons

I don’t enjoy working at my location not because of the customers, their behavior is expected, but because my coworkers does not make it worthwhile. They are petty, passive aggressive for absolutely no reason and ‘territorial’ about what section they work for and gets upset when you try to help. The store looks like a mess a majority of the time because of this. And the customers obviously notice this because a majority of the reviews online are of them complaining about how messy and under stock the store is. Half of them does the bare minimum for a paycheck and just want to look like they’re working. They want you to think everyone is friendly but it’s just fake nice and the vibes are absolutely terrible. I hate coming into work. It is not a place I want to be for long. At least I’m at the cashier or self checkout a majority of the time so I don’t have to deal with the bs but I see how they treat others and it’s childish. A lot of people at my location needs to grow up
