Pros

-Coworkers were very nice -Very accepting of diversity (race, sexual orientation, gender, etc) -10% employee discount

Cons

-team leaders put too much work on you with the new system (I was denied help when I asked for it, then told off about not getting my work done in time) -new system leaves fitting room unattended, creating a big mess, which lead to complaints from guests -HR wasn’t too friendly or communicative, said they would transfer me to cashiering and didn’t

Pros

Good starting pay for retail 13 an hour. Good benefits if you qualify and they match 401 k. 30 hrs average to get benefits. Follow all FMLA laws. They help my job while on maternity leave amd offered 100% of my pay for 8 weeks after birth and 75% 3 weeks before due date. Then I was medically injured during birth and got short term disability for 5 months I got 75-60% pay. Returned and still received 35 hours at least. Managers and team are always welcoming and helpful. 10% discount is okay but only notice a difference for big expenses. A very good starting place to work but hard to move up very far if you don't a have a college degree.

Cons

A huge probpem is you have to wait a whole year for health benefits. Most people dont get over 30 hours to qualify. You also have no incentive to work hard. All employees make the same no raises because the base pay is always raised above your anual raise so it cancels out and everyone is the same unless your a manager. Many people seem to move up here but its all if you're well liked and in good with the supervisors not how hard you work. They base your work off of sucking up and being nice not how much you get done and how strongly you lead.
