1. Refused to take any availability other than 100% open, I needed to go back to work asap after being laid off from my normal career so I caved. 2. Expecting perfection of a store then running on a skeleton crew is not realistic! 3. Why do you have a list of what time people go to break and lunches if you don't use it? It just gets kinda old having to keep asking "Can I" which doesn't bother me as much as having to have my area searched then having them get on the floor checking under racks and then when you think you're ready to leave you to have to track someone down to tell them you're leaving again you better hope they remember you saying it or your next shift you'll get a talk about how you were disrespectful for leaving and "not" telling them you were leaving twice. 4. I don't like every time they speak to someone that it's documented then they throw it up that it could affect you and your job. Using that on employees isn't the way to get a ton of work out of them. The same goes with having pay thrown up about how "grateful" we should be for it!

Management is immature. Inconsistent hours. Higher ups mess up and make it your fault (even when a situation is out of your control.) Company truly doesn’t seem to care about individual employees.
