Pros

Great atmosphere, very involved with developing internal talent, very strong team culture, fun events to show team appreciation, constant recognition in group settings, TM discount plus specialized discount on wellness items. I enjoy going to work each day!

Cons

Lack of hours for PT TM's during non-busy season. A con all retailers face. As long as you are placed in a good store you'll see everything listed in the pros. Some stores do need some help but that is why there is constantly fresh internal / external talent in stores to revive culture and deliver results

- Good Benefits - Great Salary -Good Discounts

- They have no clue what the true role of a visual merchandiser is - There is no communication throughout the manamgement team so everyone does their own thing

Pros

The great atmosphere but mostly the team is the best part the leaders are another part of the story which is pretty bad

Cons

The direction target is heading is not very optimistic for people who are trying to work they're way up the "ladder"
