Well spread out business with subsidiaries across all continents and dedicated lower and middle managers

Cons

Flat hierarchy with no performance based growth opportunities, aged senior management with preference to sycophancy and inability to appreciate unpopular views. Disrespect to professionalism and non existant succession plan and rampant racial discrimination. Devoid of famed Tata values
