      - Great exposure to some challenging roles within the Tata Group - Senior Leadership connect and mentoring - Fast track progression for high performers

      Cons

      - Compensation hikes are moderate to low after the 1st year, falls to bottom quartile amongst similar roles - Inherent bureaucracy of a large corporate organization such as the Tatas - No clear pipeline for CXO roles, progression depends a lot on being in the right place at the right time.

      Fast Paced, Though laden with Red Tape

      Get to work on the most complex business problems. Very good internal and external mobility. The time off policy is very good, and the work life balance in excellent.

      Cons

      Lots and lots of red tape. Everything from project allocation to appraisals. Projects for TAS are not as varied as they used to be earlier, though this may just show the senior managements outlook of the TAS cadre
