Cons

in this company more operators are working that's why managing their leaves and attendence throw system is quite problem related.

Cons

Compensation is a problem, graduates and post graduates are at same designation and earn similar salary Hands on approach by senior team instead of delegating how will the juniors step up to the challenge Work life balance is not there
