- Good company culture - Management provides transparency to employees - Positive work environment

- Company is faced with commoditization of top product and new products are in nascent market - Company strategy doesn't fully address business challenges

Great Culture, great products, great benefits, great community/charity give-back initiatives

Cons

-Some leaders lack accountability and proper leadership skills. TeamViewer does try to train but most of the time it is too late to fix the damage caused to the team members. -very over-complicated MS Dynamics CRM install. Most companies are using SalesForce so it is a huge learning curve for new hires
