Pros

- Flexible working hours - Team and collaboration is good

Cons

- If you’re At the end of your career life and you just want to settle down and just keep doing the same routine then this is the place for you. - Product wise, TV solutions are weak offerings and most of the time you will lose to competitors for many reasons. - as part of the job I tried to open a discussion on how/what needs to be changed but after a while you start to feel that the management doesn’t have any clear strategy towards anything and they simply don’t care. - Also it’s crystal clear that every one in the management is obsessed with complying to the “process” more than winning a deal. This results in wasting your energy between internal conflicts rather than focusing on your customers.

Pros

Solid team, good communication and knowledge sharing, everybody looks out for everyone.

Cons

Sometimes stuck playing the middle man to customers and developers. Are not given any time to learn new programs or functions before being required to support them.
