Pros

Awesome workplace environment, great employee health benefits, great product to sell and work with. Ok pay and perqs. Overall, this company is a good place to work.

Cons

Internal systems are horrible to work with daily, many communication breakdowns at every level of the organization, every team for themselves attitude, no inspirational leadership. Too often, systems go down and their are no redundancies built into them. When everything is working well, applications and internal processes move at a snail's pace keeping employees frustrated. Decisions all too often are made in Germany with no consideration for the teams in the US resulting in massive breakdowns in trust and communication. Pay is just ok. 401k is lacking. No tuition reimbursement benefits. Revolving door of middle managers and senior leaders.

Pros

Open culture, multi-cultural teams. Depending on position, work-life balance easily possible. Challenging tasks in a company that is still on a growth path after so many years. A lot of opportunities in the changes triggered by senior management, a lot of experienced people coming in to help us continue our success story.

Cons

Change is overwhelming people now and then. Some deficiencies with communication and with handling negative employee feedback. Lack of professionalism throughout all departments creates huge workload. Some historical challenges: Salary levels, benefit programs HR policies need to be adapted to market standards and according to the size of the company. HR and people development programs need to be introduced and become part of the culture.
