Constant challenges and management encourages growth.

Cons

Harassment by the inside sales VP although multiple people reported him to HR he's just getting more powerful and keeps firing older reps and hiring new ones to mold them the way he wants and to keep their mouth shut.

Impossible Job

Not a bad product overall

Cons

You'll be accepting a close to impossible job as the company is struggling in almost every department. To make matters worst there's a group of toxic employees lead by the President Americas that are the dragging the company's performance down.
