Business Outlook

Pros

Company is going through a restructure in the US. It was needed, there was large focus on upsell and cross sell the last couple years and a shift to net new logo needs to roll back qin. The Enterprise team is rebuilding but we have good leadership and it’s going on the right direction. 2024 strategy is being discussed and plans and being made to set us up for success.

Cons

Change is hard. Ambiguity is tough. Environment is much more like a start up and things move fast. Processes need to be clearer.

Pros

The company is lenient when it comes to talent. The better you perform, the better it they treat you. The onboarding is easy and the teachers are good at what they do.

Cons

- Internal referrals aren't treated with a higher amount of care than external - Socializing is seen as better than results
