      Cons

      Been a lot of turnover this year in Enterprise team, hence my headline. The changes being made are required for us to move forward. We are approaching this thoughtfully and as a team.

      Pros

      There is some new leadership and I really like the direction we are heading. Culture has improved dramatically. Getting better support from my new manager and extended team. Product is really strong, territory is expanding so should be a great opportunity to make good money next fiscal year. The customers I work with are really happy with our solution. Good benefits and pay.

      Cons

      Tools and systems are tough to work with - but I have heard there is a project to make these more efficient for ssales
