Pros

There are a handful of really talented people that still work there

Cons

Almost the entire senior sales team quit Lack of company vision and direction They lead by fear of termination NA President of sales has zero lifetime sales experiences Major barriers between corporate in Germany and US Undervalue their employees No insight into compensation nor what you are going to get paid until the actual payday Terrible leadership Constant direct vs indirect friction No clear swim lanes for the different teams Onboarding- people often quit during the first week of sales training Use Dynamics as a CRM which has not been implemented correctly Data has been duplicated incorrectly multiple times thus making it impossible to manage and prospect into new accounts

Pros

The product itself is really interesting and really helps million of users worldwide to remote control a device.

Cons

Very bad desicions taken from the leadership that have bad impact not only to the product and customers but also to the organisation and employees as well. A lot of unsatisfied employees.
