-Your expected to dedicate every minute of your life to the company. - No job security, I survived 3 waves of lay offs/downsizing, Being told things were changing and they wouldn't change, There was a time where employees were told to either move to another state or forfeit their jobs, but then the people who chose to forfeit still kept their jobs while all those other employees had moved their entire lives to keep their jobs.
