Fun, constantly changing environment provides excellent room for growth as an individual

Cons

Company treats you like an expendable drain on resources. Instead of a cost of living raise we were informed we "make too much already" (we definitely do not) and did not qualify to be included in the company wide COL raises this year. Nothing but disrespect and condescension from HR and management who simply told us to "get over it".

- Above average pay in the area - Lots of overtime opportunities (depending on your lifestyle, this could be a pro) - Working with very smart people, emerging and exciting technology of the future. - Huge diversity

Cons

- Long hours - No work-life balance, expect to never make it to that birthday party or graduation, the attendance-point system can be brutal affecting your career advancement and possibly your employment. - Lots of supervisors, no real leaders. - No real training outside of parts loading, higher ups and veterans withhold knowledge, almost like they're not interested in you moving up. - Lots of brown-nosing, people who cater to the supervisors/managers will always get promoted first.
