Cons

Like life, its a roll of the dice who becomes your manager. If you get a good one, you will thrive. If you get a dud, there is little hope that they will do anything for you because they usually just tread water to survive.

Cons

Overall I love the job but the people need a bit of work. It is still a growing company so it has room for certain mistakes still. But overall it's amazing except the people need a little work.
