-The company is growing with a fast pace. Those who work hard, will be compensated well and there are lots of career possibilities. - The working environment is uncomplicated and there is a very flexible and hands on mentality. If you have some ideas, here you can find space for implement them. Moreover, in Tesla no time is wasted on formalities or trivialities. - In this company I felt like at home, colleagues were very nice and the manager made everything to make me feel welcomed

It can miss sometimes some structure but this is as well the beauty of Tesla. With less structure, there is more flexibility and space for ideas and improvement.
