Pros
Tesla has a challenging work environment, which helps you learn a lot about the corporate world especially if you are a fresh graduate. The people are usually open minded and there is almost no hierarchy.
Cons
This role was super repetitive and the work environment was toxic at times. You have to do overhours to finish your daily tasks. Therefore, no work life balance. There were very few learning ans development programs which had strict requirements. Employees are not the focus of the company - Most of it runs around production, which is a pity.
