Very good payout, higher salary compared to other MNCs. 13th month bonus & profit sharing included.

Cons

Management is really bad. Really bad. Unrealistic expectations. No training given.

Pros

Good company overall, but very fast paced. What I like most the culture of collaboration but could be very demanding sometimes. Good benefits with profit sharing, meal and rice allowance, and 14 th month pay.

Cons

Workloads could be demanding and priorities are constantly changing
