The boss hiring the store is very rude, incompetent, and probably going senile. Even scares away own customers.

Cons

I wouldn't work here for it's not worth it.

-With it being a smaller store, you really get the chance to interact with your customers on a personal level. -A great learning experience! -The opportunity to work one on one with credible buisness owners. -You are able to become a Notary Public of Texas. -Flexible Schedule Sundays Off

Cons

-Not much room for advancement. -Stressful enviornment -No Health benifits -Lower Pay for todays economy

Pros

I was lucky enough to have exceptional owners to work for. They weren't able to pay what they wanted but I always felt appreciated. No working crack-of-dawn mornings, late nights or Sundays. We were also lucky to have good owners around us who helped out w/questions and a terrific district manager.

Cons

So, so, so much to learn. After 5 years, including 3 years as store manager, there were still situations that I had to solve and had never seen before.
