Area support (aka corporate watch dogs) are the worst kind of liars. They pretend to be there to help, but report every issue they believe is there back to corporate.

Pros

Hours are reasonable, no Sundays, off by 4pm on Saturdays. Easy to get to here in Chicago. Great customers! Neighborhood filled with repeat customers who are pleasant to speak with. Other local business establishments honor UPS Store discounts, as do we.

Cons

Low pay, terrible health insurance, not enough hours, no parking, parking lot is small and surrounded by residential permit parking. Not much room for advancement. Owning your own UPS Store Franchise involves many loops to jump through.
