like any other retail jobs, standing for multiple hours can get very exhausting

Pros

The company would always come up with fun ways to drive sales. Learnt a lot about jewellery Recruitment process was easy. Each store is like a family.

Cons

members who worked above managers were very gossipy and thought they were intimidating. Higher authorities outside the store weren't very mature, and it felt like being in school again, too much drama, they bullied so many store managers, every manager i had ended up leaving within a few months. You cant excel within the company, it takes very long too.
